Meet our team
“I am inspired to represent an organization that's mission is to help so many young people and families struggling with mental health issues. As a teen, I was not able to receive the help I needed, nor did my family. I never want another family to suffer like my family did. We are here to change the narrative of mental health for families across the country; we are here and are ready to help!”
Fun Fact
I am a foodie at heart and love to experience all the cuisine Tucson and Arizona has to offer! I am also a member of the Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
“I come from a background of working in mental health and see the huge gaps in care, lengthy waitlists, and programming that is low quality and not what is truly best to support clients. When I learned about Charlie Health, it changed everything for me. I had to work here. I'm proud to work for a program that never has a waitlist and offers quality, curated programming. We are the unicorn of mental health treatment.”

“I am a social worker who has provided clinical case management services for a diverse group of populations throughout my career. I joined the team at Charlie Health to be a part of an innovative and long-needed solution that is closing the gap in mental health services for youth and young adults. One of my clients once told me, "Life is a dance between the raindrops," and I am committed to helping those in need dance gracefully through life's storms!”
Fun Fact
Though I am a proud Texan born & raised in Houston, northern Arizona is my favorite place in the world - full of wonder, awe, and a most wonderful and vibrant community. I love to run (especially on trails), rock climb, and adventure across the region with my "senior dog squad." Let's share our favorite secret spots in the region with each other!
“I believe everyone should feel loved, appreciated, and welcomed during all seasons of life. Charlie Health is making a tangible difference in people's lives, and I am excited to play a role in redefining how mental healthcare is delivered within my community.”
Fun Fact
I have been on a mission to find the best tacos in the Scottsdale/Phoenix region. Right now I have a running list of my top 10 and Tacos Jalisco is number 1! If you have a favorite spot, please send it my way! :)
“Mental health is complex and can be hard to talk about. Finding high-quality care that fits your needs can be even more complicated. It's a struggle I've dealt with many times, and I don't think anyone should be expected to navigate that process alone, especially if they're in crisis. I joined Charlie Health to help every Nevada teen, young adult, and family access quality mental healthcare. Whether that's with us or someone else we're connected to, I'm here to help however I can. ”
Fun Fact
Outside of work, I absolutely love to hike and ski up at Lee Canyon. If I'm not there, I'm probably hunting for Vegas's best "hole in the wall" restaurants with my fiancée – please send any recommendations my way!
“My Current partner is an LAC; my previous partner of nearly 11 years passed away recently due to a struggle with alcohol addiction.”
Fun Fact
Glai Baan is hands down the best food in Phoenix.
“Belonging to South Asian culture, mental health is not openly discussed, and sadness is seen as an individual problem or weakness. Navigating my own mental health journey was exhausting and lonely for someone who heavily values and relies on family. I am committed to the mission to connect the world to life-saving treatment and to build a place of healing for millions while also working to break down the South Asian mental health stigma.”
Fun Fact
I've picked up running as a hobby. Las Vegas has many races that support amazing causes and help me feel connected to the community. Let me know if you're a runner too!
