“I have struggled with my own mental health and, after receiving treatment, I knew I wanted to help others in need! My passion for this industry and belief that everyone should have easily accessible mental healthcare is my why! ”
Fun Fact
I danced competitively for 18 years and used to coach a mini-aged dance team for a few years! One of my soloists places first in the nation!

“After working almost my entire career in the nonprofit sector, I witnessed our community's youth mental health crisis and need. At Charlie Health, we believe we can dramatically decrease national suicide rates and the prevalence of mental health issues when we change the landscape, delivery, and accessibility of quality care. That is what Charlie Health is doing. We empower youth and families in Charlotte experiencing mental health crises so that healing is possible through equitable access to high-quality, evidence-based care. ”
Fun Fact
If visiting local coffee shops can qualify as a hobby, that would be mine! My favorite shops to visit are Not Just Coffee and Summit Coffee.

“I was surrounded by friends throughout high school into college who struggled deeply with their mental health. As I reflect, I think of so many lives who could have benefitted greatly from the services that Charlie Health has to offer. My goal is to be a resource for those in my community so people are aware that healing is possible!”
Fun Fact
I grew up dancing and still to this day find any opportunity to bust a move- living in Nashville, that looks a lot like line dancing! Seriously feels like I am in the Footloose movie when I go. Highly recommend the Nashville Palace for all your line dancing/swing dancing needs!

“Growing up in the area, I understand how difficult it is to find a mental health provider, much less one that specializes in intensive therapy. It took me moving hours away for college to find a therapist I was comfortable with and accept the benefits of therapy; when I could have benefited from a therapy program a few years prior. Mental health should not be a quiet nor unattainable need. I'm fortunate to be a part of bridging the gap of accessibility and education with Charlie Health.”
Fun Fact
I love Dobra Tea downtown! I'm always looking for the best local places for new foods, teas, etc. Be sure to send me your favorites!

“As a former college athlete, I know what it’s like to struggle with mental health issues, and I’m dedicated to helping others find the resources they need.”
Fun Fact
I love spending time outdoors and finding new trails to take my dog on walks! Happy to share any trails I love and would love to hear your favorites as well!
