Meet our team
“After struggling severely as a teen, I made it my lifelong mission over the last 20 years to walk alongside others on their journeys to getting help and changing their lives. I want others to feel like they are never alone and that getting connected to treatment is an option for everyone. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to increase access across the country and work alongside some of the most dedicated, innovative, and compassionate people who are driven by their own personal missions to make a difference in this world.”

“As the parent of a kiddo who has been on their mental health journey since the age of six, I know the desperation and exhaustion that comes with advocating for a loved one with mental health struggles. I love that Charlie Health enables me to support families like mine and help more kids and young adults on their pathway to healing. You can depend on me to be your resource hub and biggest cheerleader as you navigate caring for yourself or a family member!”

My house is physically built on the Maryland/Delaware line, so I like to claim dual residency! You’ll find me biking, hiking, and rock climbing all the way from the flat Delaware beaches to the highest points in western Maryland.

Fun Fact
I shamelessly love Adam Sandler's classic movies. I can pretty much quote all his older stuff and have to try not to quote him too much during normal conversation.
“I've suffered from severe panic and anxiety disorder since a young age. It took me almost a decade to find the right treatment and care specifically for ME. This led to years of depression and suicidal idealizations. I want to make sure kids and young adults get the treatment that THEY need and deserve IMMEDIATELY to save their lives! Charlie Health breaks down so many barriers for young people to get access to exceptional mental healthcare right away and that is SO important to me. Everyone deserves to be supported and loved, no one is alone!”

“I spent most of my life fighting with myself, looking for proof that something was irreparably broken. I did not know I was battling CPTSD, living with ADHD, or that I was a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. It wasn’t until I found proper therapeutic care that I started seeing myself as whole. I learned to give and receive love, to connect with others in life-giving ways. Now, I am so grateful to be a part of a team that is providing that life-giving care. Everyone deserves access to the help that they need. ”
