“Mental health has always been present in my life. My father struggled with drug addiction and a severe accident that negatively impacted his mental health; my mother had multiple co-occurring mental health disorders, and I’ve had my own experiences with mental health, too. Now, I am passionate about helping others find care. I know first-hand what it feels like to see those you love struggle with mental health, what it feels like to lose them, and how heavy the weight of your own mental health can be. I often felt alone in my experiences, and I want to be a part of a community that doesn't just tell others they're not alone, but shows them.”
Fun Fact
It's no surprise that most of my frequently played songs are from Broadway musicals. I love to watch a show any chance I get and am always happy to have someone tag along! So if you're in NYC and want to see a show, I'm available!

“As someone who has personally struggled with my own mental health and witnessed loved ones do the same, I understand how lack of access to quality care can impact the healing process.
