“I grew up with a mother suffering from bipolar disorder and saw firsthand the effects of mental health treatment on an individual and their family. As I got older and served in the military, I saw many of my friends suffer from trauma, and I wanted to be a part of the solution—mental health matters. ”

“My education is based in public health. I pursued the fitness side of health out of college and realized that the physical side wasn't as significant as the mental side. Being introduced to Charlie Health made me reflect on the community around me that has had trauma, lost a parent, or even taken their own life. The realization that there have been minimal outlets for even some of my closest friends drove me to want to work for Charlie Health. ”
Fun Fact
I am ambidextrous because of my dad reaching for a cookie on top of a hot stovetop when he was a child. Naturally, I learned basic skills from mirroring his lifetime lefty movements growing up and I, too, have a serious sweet tooth.
