Central Florida is more than theme parks! There are so many gorgeous spots in the Orlando area to get outside and enjoy nature--one of my favorite spots to clear my head is the Tibet-Butler Preserve. Perfect short loop to walk around and soak in the quiet!

I love nature walks and outdoor movement!! I'm obsessed with the natural beauty at our local parks!! -- Luscious landscapes, dolphins, birds, gators, ..oh my! :) Movement of any kind intrigues me -- excited to chat fitness any time!! My husband and I build ninja warrior obstacles in our backyard, so we have a variety of fun ways to stay active!
