“I work at Charlie Health because of how many parents have told me that they've been trying for months to find hope for their child. I work at Charlie Health because it doesn't take long working in the mental health system to see that it needs to change, and at Charlie Health, I'm making a tangible impact on the mental health resources crisis. I work at Charlie Health because I want to help families find resources now rather than live through the pain of a mental health crisis.”

“To solve the mental health crisis by thinking globally and acting locally. My goal is to save lives in my community.”
Fun Fact
I am a HUGE advocate for supporting local businesses and a big foodie, I follow tons of local groups and am obsessed with our farmer's markets. I love my community!
“I joined Charlie Health after spending 5 years running a mobile clinic that brought basic preventive health care to rural communities and seeing the large barriers to mental health access in our beautiful state. I’ve been from Wibaux to Libby and everywhere in between and whenever we would ask our community partners how else we could support their communities they always said, “mental health, we need more mental health services here, our young people are suffering.” And so I began a quest to find how we could support mental health in Montana, which connected me into Charlie Health. It didn’t take long for me to know that I needed to join the Charlie Health team in a bigger role to help the mental health crisis in Montana. It has been incredibly powerful to work alongside so many passionate behavioral health professionals as we all work together to make the puzzle pieces of the behavioral health system fit together to support as many Montanans as possible.”

Let's chat
“As a teenager, access to mental health resources saved my life. I grew up in a small town in Minnesota, where options for local support were limited. Looking back now as an adult and mother myself, I can only imagine the stress, grief, anxiety, and urgency my parents must have felt to get care for me. If I can be part of a team and find a solution to help alleviate that guesswork, provide proper size care for young people, and make them feel safe while seeking the help they deserve, I will be successful!”
Fun Fact
I love exploring new places to eat and drink. Fargo, ND has a wide breadth of options when it comes to that! If you are ever in the area, I would love to show you a few of my favorites featured - Blackbird Pizza for starters and Nicole's Fine Pastry's for dessert!
“As a mom, a daughter, a sister and a partner, my goal is to meet people where they are at with the level of care they need, when they need it most.”
Fun Fact
