“My personal why for Charlie Health stems from the power of compassion, personal events, and understanding. I am driven to create a world where mental health is prioritized, de-stigmatized, and accessible to all. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in mental and overall wellness.”
Fun Fact
I coach youth sports, special olympics, and work on connecting those individuals with Colorado Springs nature.
“I grew up with a dad who was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, had multiple suicide attempts, and was in and out of homelessness. I wish I would have learned the tools I know now as a kid and I'm on a mission to ensure every teen, young adult, and their families have access to the care they need to heal themselves and generations to come.”
Fun Fact
I love practicing yoga! You can find me taking a hot class at YogaSix or teaching a slow-flow at Salt Lake City Crossfit!

Fun Fact
I played basketball in college and, since moving to Denver 5 years ago, I've been able to continue working with youth basketball players in the community through individual and group lessons. I've also admittedly jumped on the Nuggets bandwagon, so I love going to as many games as I can!

I've faced mental health challenges and watched loved ones navigate similar challenges. I've also experienced and seen the transformative power of treatment. I am incredibly excited to be joining Charlie Health and helping to ensure that teenagers and young adults in my community can access the support and care they so desperately need!”
